With an elegant ruby color, this refined Pinot Noir is made from a vineyard located less than three miles from the Pacific Ocean. The wine reveals itself with velvety texture and mouth-filling flavors. It opens with fresh aromatics of red and dark cherries with hints of plum. On the palate, delicate entry of soft and ripe tannin, the wine continues into flavors of vanilla and slightly toasted oak. The blend exhibits a bright acidity, with a creamy and full texture and some
very soft tannin.

2020 Pinot Noir San Luis Obispo County
An elegant Pinot Noir blend constructed around three complimentary vineyards. Most of the fruit comes from the well-established Edna Valley AVA, giving richness and body. The remaining of the cuvee is supported by two very coastal vineyards located in Pismo Beach and the Santa Cruz Mountains. This elegant blend is slowly revealing a velvety texture comprised of black cherry, forest floor, moss, and dry mushroom with hints of plum and cola. On the palate, delicate entry with some fruitiness, seamless tannin, the wine continues into elegant flavors with a refreshing note of acidity and creamy texture.
The nose is so inviting- eastern spice, clove, ripe stem, cherry and more red berried fruit are all present. The palate is decidedly medium bodied, with the additional fruit on vine hang time budding from an almost perfect 2019 growing season. There are ripe strawberry flavors on the palate, with a hint of spice and raspberry preserves.
